Recipe Ingredient

  • Soup
  • 550g Broccoli, Cut Small Chunk
  • 1000ml Water
  • 12g Salt
  • misc, Black Pepper
  • 50g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • To Serve
  • 60g Anchor Cream Cheese, Cut Cube
  • 50g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 40g Toasted Mixed Nuts & Seeds


  1. Boil water with salt. Put in broccoli, simmer on medium heat for 10mins or until tender.
  2. Strain blanced broccoli, reseve the water. Blend blanched broccoli with 650g of water, adjust salt and pepper accordingly. Add more water if you want it more dilute.
  3. Pour back into the pot, add anchor extra yield cooking cream and bring to simmer.
  4. Pour into bowls, garnish with cream cheese cubes, drizzle some anchor extra cooking cream and olive oil, lastly sprinke some toasted mixed nuts and seeds. Serve and enjoy!
