Recipe Ingredient

  • Chicken Marinade
  • 700g Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 12g Salt
  • 12g Pepper
  • 15g Cajun Seasoning
  • 15g Onion Powder
  • 30g Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Sauce
  • 25g Garlic Minced
  • 150g Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 15g Mustard
  • 400g Cajun Seasoning
  • 400g Anchor Extra Yield
  • 400g Chicken Stock
  • 150g Spinach
  • 100g Anchor Grated Parmesan
  • 25g Corn
  • Other
  • 400g Pasta


  1. In a large bowl, mix chicken breast, salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, onion powder and sun dried tomatoes
  2. Marinade for at least 1 hour
  3. Pan sear the chicken in a skillet for 10 minutes, then turn to another side for another 10 minutes
  4. Prepare the sauce
  5. Saute the minced garlic and sun dried tomatoes
  6. Stir in the mustard, cajun seasoning and mix well
  7. Add in Anchor Extra Yield and chicken stock
  8. Bring to a simmer, and add in seared chicken breast
  9. Simmer chicken breast in the sauce for another 10 minutes, and add in spinach, Anchor Grated Parmesan and corn
  10. Remove chicken and slice accordingly
  11. Mix cooked pasta with tuscan sauce and add sliced chicken on top
