Recipe Ingredient

  • Miso Mushroom
  • 100g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 10g Garlic, chopped
  • 10g Onion, chopped
  • 300g Mushroom, chopped
  • 30g Miso Paste
  • 10g Soy Sauce
  • 250g Anchor Extra Yield
  • 1nos Wrap
  • As needed, Lettuce
  • As needed, Onion
  • As needed, Yellow Capsicum


  1. In a pan, melt Anchor Unsalted Butter and saute garlic and onions
  2. Add in chopped mushrooms and cook until well coated
  3. Stir in the miso paste and soy sauce
  4. Mix well and cook until fragrant
  5. Add in Anchor Extra Yield and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat
  6. Remove mushrooms and prepare the wrap
  7. Add sliced lettuce, onions and capsicum
