Recipe Description

In this ‘Good Fry Days’ series, this Crispy Pisang Goreng recipe literally only needs 3 ingredients to make. It’s really easy!

Recipe Ingredient

  • 10 nos banana (medium sized and cut into halves)
  • 250g cripsy frying flour
  • 180g water
  • 10g oil
  • Adequate oil for deep frying


  1. In a bowl, combine the frying flour, water and 10g oil.
  2. Dip the halved bananas into the batter before placing them into the hot oil.
  3. Deep fry for about 2-3 minutes or till they turned golden brown.
  4. (optional) Serve with some sambal kicap dip for an extra kick. Enjoy!
