Recipe Ingredient

  • 485g Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 170g Caster Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 278g Anchor UHT Whipping Cream
  • 200g Durian Pulp


  1. Thaw Anchor Cream Cheese for at least 30min and preheat oven at 210°C.
  2. Using a mixing bowl with paddle attachment, beat Anchor Cream Cheese and caster sugar until creamy and smooth (no lumps) - approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Slowly mix in egg, followed by Anchor Whipping Cream.
  4. Add part of cream cheese batter and durian pulp in a blender to blend.
  5. Use hand whisk and mix well. Add remaining cream cheese batter into durian cheese batter.
  6. Pour mixture into 7 inch/18 cm cake mould, lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 210°C for 45 minutes (without fan).
  8. Keep in chiller overnight. Unmould and serve chill.
