In this ‘I Find You A-Peeling‘ series, This is a great alternative for those that need more fibres in their diet but vegetables aren’t their favourite food. You will be amazed at how pleasant this taste compared to your normal greens!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup Greens (Spinach, Mango, Kiwi and Kale)
- 150g plain Greek yogurt
- 150ml brown sugar soya milk
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 2 glasses.
