Recipe Ingredient

  • Cookie Dough
  • 120g Jumbo Raisin
  • 170g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 185g Brown Sugar
  • 8g Vanilla Essence
  • 100g All Purpose Flour
  • 3g Baking Soda
  • 3g Salt
  • 3g Ground Cinnamon
  • 1g Ground Nutmeg
  • 270g Oats


    Making the dough
  1. Preheat oven to 170 Celsius
  2. Cream Anchor Unsalted Butter and brown sugar together with an electric mixer
  3. Add in vanilla essence and continue to whisk
  4. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg and fold it in using a rubber spatula
  5. Last add in the oats and jumbo raisins
  6. Divide and shape them into bite size cookies. Arrange them neatly onto a baking tray
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 Celsius
