Recipe Ingredient

  • 12g white coffee mix
  • 70g sugar
  • 2g salt
  • 60g Anchor UHT Milk
  • 200g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 3g cocoa powder
  • 250g cake flour
  • chocolate chips, misc


  1. Preheat oven to 160C
  2. In a microwavable bowl, heat up the milk until warm, and dissolve white coffee mix, half sugar, and salt together
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy, and add in the milk mixture
  4. Sift in ground almond, cocoa powder, and cake flour and mix well
  5. Pipe onto a tray and add chocolate chips on top
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Set aside to cool before serving
