Recipe Ingredient

  • 30g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 25g sugar
  • 15g honey
  • 200g almond, roasted
  • 20g icing sugar


  1. Roast the almond in a preheated oven in 160C for 15-20 minutes or slightly brown
  2. In a saucepan, cook Anchor Unsalted Butter, sugar, and honey until the sugar is fully melted
  3. Add in the roasted almond and stir well until each almond was coasted with caramel sugar
  4. Turn off the heat and transfer the almond in a tray with baking paper then let it cool down
  5. After cool down, crack the almond into piece by piece then coasted with icing sugar
