Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 pkt nachos
  • 200g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
  • 100g BBQ sauce
  • 100g drained tuna chunks
  • 80g canned tomato salsa
  • 20g Perfect Italiano Aged Parmesan Grated


  1. Place the Nachos on a baking tray or plate, cover with the Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese IQF, BBQ sauce and tuna chunks.
  2. Preheat the oven with the temperature of 180°C. Baked in oven for around 8minutes or until nicely melts, add tomato salsa on the cheesy baked nachos.
  3. Lastly sprinkle with Perfect Italiano Grated Parmesan, serve. Enjoy!
