Recipe Ingredient

  • 130g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 40g icing sugar
  • 1g salt
  • 70g all purpose flour
  • 100g corn starch
  • 10g purple potato powder
  • white chocolate, melted
  • sprinkles


  1. Preheat oven to 175C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, cream together Anchor Unsalted Butter, icing sugar, and salt until pale
  3. Add in the flours and purple potato powder and mix well
  4. Rest the dough for 30 minutes in the chiller then divide the dough to 10g balls
  5. Place the cookie balls on top of a tray and press with a fork
  6. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until cooked
  7. Leave out to cool, and drizzle melted white chocolate and add sprinkles
