Recipe Ingredient

  • Chicken Marinade
  • 100g Chicken Breast
  • Cajun Spice, to taste
  • 50g Cooking Oil (for pan frying)
  • Paratha
  • 2pcs Frozen Paratha, store bought
  • 20g Cooking Oil
  • Anchor Sour Cream
  • 50g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 5g Lemon Juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • French Fries
  • 140g Shoestring French Fries
  • 200g Cooking Oil (for deep-frying)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Course Black Pepper, to taste
  • Other
  • 40g Pre Washed Mix Lettuce

Instructions

    Chicken Marination
  1. In a bowl, place in the chicken breast, olive oil & cajun spice
  2. Heat up the oil and pan fry until properly cooked
  3. Paratha
  4. Heat up cooking oil to cook the paratha on both sides, then set aside
  5. Anchor Sour Cream
  6. Pour in cooking cream and add in lemon juice & salt
  7. Mix all ingredients until well combined, then keep chill
  8. French Fries
  9. Heat the oil until it reaches 180°C then fry the french fries until golden brown
  10. To Assemble
  11. On a chopping board, place a sheet of cooked paratha & then fill it in with mix lettuce, cooked chicken breast slices & a drizzle of sour cream
  12. Roll it tightly, and then cut it into half
  13. Place it on a plate, together with french fries and serve!
