Statera (Fruity Smoothies) – Statera means balance in Latin, just like this beautiful fruity smoothie. This smoothie offers an interesting taste experience, sourness from berries and sweetness from mango and banana.

Carpe Diem (Banana Strawberry Smoothies) – Seize the day with this nutritious smoothie!

Recipe Ingredient

  • For Mango Deluxe Smoothie
  • 2 fresh or frozen mangoes
  • 250ml plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For Carpe Diem (Banana Strawberry Smoothie)
  • 2 bananas
  • 5 strawberries
  • 10 blueberries
  • 250ml yogurt
  • For Carpe Diem (Statera (Fruity Smoothies)
  • 1 fresh mango
  • 1 banana
  • 4 strawberries
  • 10 blueberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 250ml yogurt

Instructions

    For Mango Deluxe Smoothie and Carpe Diem
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 2 glasses.
  2. For Statera (Fruity Smoothies)
  3. For the bottom layer, blend together banana, mango, half cup orange juice, and half amount of the yogurt, then pour into the glasses.
  4. For the upper layer, blend together the strawberries, blueberries, the remaining orange juice and yogurt. Carefully pour into the glasses to form 2 layers.
