In this ‘Frozen Sweet Corn 3 Ways’ series, this Sweet Corn Milk recipe is a delicacy in China and it’s easy to recreate at home with just 4 simple steps!

Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g frozen sweet corn (defrosted)
  • 100g evaporated milk
  • 30g sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 200g water


  1. Bring all the ingredients to a blend. Transfer over to a pot and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Let it cool and strain the mixture or place into a nut milk bag and squeeze.
  3. Serve with some ice cubes and enjoy!
