Recipe Ingredient

  • 500g medium-sized prawns, shelled
  • 100g shallots, peeled and sliced
  • 150g onion, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 60g young ginger, shredded finely
  • 50g red chillies, sliced finely
  • 400ml calamansi (kasturi) lime juice
  • Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
  • Garnish:
  • 50g coriander leaves


  1. Combine all the ingredients except the garnish and set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
