Recipe Ingredient

  • 600g Australian seawater prawns
  • 300g coconut milk
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 20g sliced big onions
  • 10g mint leaves
  • 3 pcs cloves
  • A few cilipadi


  1. Heat some oil in the wok and fry the sliced onions. Add curry powder, cloves and cilipadi and fry for a while. Then add the coconut milk and salt to taste.
  2. Add the prawns and leave to cook for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, garnish with mint leaves.
