Fried Salmon with Mushrooms and Wolfberries

  1. Coat salmon with flour. Fry and set aside.
  2. Heat oil and fry garlic and ginger.
  3. Add wood ear mushrooms, shimeiji mushrooms and wolfberries.
  4. And then add stock, oyster sauce and Chinese wine and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 min.
  5. Add salmon for 2 min before serving.
