- 150 g Butter
- 80 g Icing Sugar
- 1 g Nutrabliss Himalayan Rock Salt
- 30 g Eggs
- 5 g Vanilla
- 140 g All Purpose Flour
- 70 g Custard Powder
- 30 g Nutrabliss Grain Mix
- 10 g Nutrabliss Mixed Dried Fruits
- Using a paddle, mix the butter, icing sugar and salt on high speed for 1 minute until soft.
- Premix eggs and vanilla essence, add gradually over 1 minute
- Add all-purpose flour, custard powder and grain mix and mix until dough forms.
- Pipe with a star nozzle and decorate with cranberries on top.
- Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
