Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 nos avocado
  • 1 nos kiwi
  • 1 nos green apple
  • Handful of lettuce
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • choice of sweetener (optional)


  1. Blend all the ingredients together till smooth and creamy
  2. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
