  1. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry ingredients A until fragrant. Add in B and C and continue to fry for 3–4 minutes until oil rises.
  2. Put in mutton and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40–50 minutes.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and add potatoes and continue to cook until meat is tender. Season to taste.
