Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 cucumber, sliced into half, remove seeds
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 1 strip roast pork (siew yoke), cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 shallot, chopped


  1. Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry the shallot until lightly browned.
  2. Then add the roast pork, fry for about 5-10 minutes until slightly burnt.
  3. Toss the spring onions and give it a stir.
  4. Then, scoop the ingredients and arrange inside the halved cucumber.
  5. For flavouring, serve with Heinz tomato and HP sauce.
