Recipe Ingredient

  • 10g chopped garlic
  • 5g chilli flakes
  • 50g prawns
  • 20g shitake or button mushrooms
  • 30ml fish stock
  • 180g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper


  1. Boil a pot of water. Blanche the spaghetti, drain it and put it aside.
  2. Heat oil in the frying pan and add in the chopped garlic.Sauteed till garlic turns brown.
  3. Add in chilli flakes, mushrooms and prawn. Put in the fish stock and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
