- 10g chopped garlic
- 5g chilli flakes
- 50g prawns
- 20g shitake or button mushrooms
- 30ml fish stock
- 180g spaghetti
- salt and pepper
- Boil a pot of water. Blanche the spaghetti, drain it and put it aside.
- Heat oil in the frying pan and add in the chopped garlic.Sauteed till garlic turns brown.
- Add in chilli flakes, mushrooms and prawn. Put in the fish stock and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
