- 200g chicken fillets
- 2 litres water
- 2 MAGGI® Oxtail Soup Spice Cubes
- 2 potatoes, wedged
- 1 carrot, wedged
- Spring onions, sliced
- Fried shallots
- Celery, sliced
- Cook BUITONI® Macaroni as per instruction on the packet. In a pot, bring water to boil. Add chicken and cook for 1 ½ hours or until tender.
- Add MAGGI® Oxtail Soup Spice cubes. Add potatoes and carrots. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked BUITONI® macaroni.
- Garnish with spring onions, fried shallots and celery.
