Recipe Ingredient

  • 851g bread flour
  • 50g baking powder
  • 9g salt
  • 198g sugar
  • 284g cheddar cheese
  • 170g chopped green onion
  • 907g cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together with a paddle attachment in a mixer.
  2. Add cheddar cheese and green onion. Then add cream and mix until combined. Don't mix too much or the bread will be tough.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal pieces. Roll and shape into 10in circles.
  4. Cut into 10 wedges, brush with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake at 190 degrees Celcius for about 20 minutes
