This recipe is best with
- 851g bread flour
- 50g baking powder
- 9g salt
- 198g sugar
- 284g cheddar cheese
- 170g chopped green onion
- 907g cream
- Mix all dry ingredients together with a paddle attachment in a mixer.
- Add cheddar cheese and green onion. Then add cream and mix until combined. Don't mix too much or the bread will be tough.
- Divide the dough into two equal pieces. Roll and shape into 10in circles.
- Cut into 10 wedges, brush with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake at 190 degrees Celcius for about 20 minutes
