- 2 ripe peaches, cut in slices
- 500 ml soy milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 300 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 ice cubes
- Add the peach to half the soy milk and blend until smooth. If you have time you can first freeze the peach pieces. This will give a smoother smoothie and will make the smoothie cold, so you don't need to add a lot of ice. Add the remaining soy milk, ice cubes and sugar and blend again. While stirring add slowly the orange juice.
- Serve the peach smoothie in glasses
