Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 ripe peaches, cut in slices
  • 500 ml soy milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 300 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the peach to half the soy milk and blend until smooth. If you have time you can first freeze the peach pieces. This will give a smoother smoothie and will make the smoothie cold, so you don't need to add a lot of ice. Add the remaining soy milk, ice cubes and sugar and blend again. While stirring add slowly the orange juice.
  2. Serve the peach smoothie in glasses
