- 50 ml coconut milk
- 500 ml soy milk
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 500 ml pineapple juice, unsweetened
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavour (or to taste)
- Combine the coconut milk, soymilk and banana. Blend until smooth.
- Then add the pineapple juice, sugar and vanilla flavour. Blend again until the sugar is dissolved.
- Serve the pina colada smoothie immediately with some ice.
