Pineapple Chutney

Ground spices (combine):
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry ground spice ingredients for one to two minutes. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and onion and fry until fragrant. Add pineapple and tamarind juice. Stir in seasoning and bring to a simmering boil. Lower the heat and simmer until the gravy turns thick. Dish out and serve.
