- 350ml pineapple juice
- 75g sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp agar-agar powder
- 1/8 tsp pineapple essence
- 75g canned pineapple, well drained and chopped
- Mix sugar and agar-agar powder into the pineapple juice and bring to a boil. Switch off the flame and add the essence and chopped pineapple.
- Pour into small moulds. Leave aside to set. Chill well before serving.
