Recipe Ingredient

  • 350ml pineapple juice
  • 75g sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp agar-agar powder
  • 1/8 tsp pineapple essence
  • 75g canned pineapple, well drained and chopped


  1. Mix sugar and agar-agar powder into the pineapple juice and bring to a boil. Switch off the flame and add the essence and chopped pineapple.
  2. Pour into small moulds. Leave aside to set. Chill well before serving.
