Recipe Ingredient

  • 500-600g of pork ribs
  • 3 table spoon of sesame oil
  • 50g shredded ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 2 teaspoon of shallot
  • 3 table spoon of rice wine
  • 1 table spoon of oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 100ml of water
  • soy sauce
  • pepper


  1. Fry ginger till frangant with sesame oil before adding in garlic and shallot. Saute till light brown, add in pork ribs. Lightly fry the pork ribs.
  2. Add in the water and let it boil. Add in oyster sauce, soy sauce (a few dash), and pepper. Simmer the pork ribs till the water began to evaporate and add in sugar to thicken the sauce and provide a nice glaze to the pork ribs.
  3. Dish out and sprinkle some chopped parsley on top before serving.
