Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g minced pork
  • 100g potato cubes
  • 100g carrot cubes
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Light soy sauce
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Sesame oil


  1. Boil carrot cubes for 12mins and put aside
  2. Boil potato cubes for 8mins and put aside
  3. In a small bowl, add 4 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, half tablespoon of light soy sauce, half tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix well and put aside
  4. Stir fry minced pork
  5. Add boiled carrot and potato cubes and sauce
  6. Simmer for 5-10 minutes
  7. Serve while hot
