- 700g chicken wings
- 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed finely
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- Olive oil cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine cornflake crumbs, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, grated lemon rind and garlic powder. Add dried oregano to mix.
- Coat the chicken wings in the crumbled mixture and arrange on a prepared tray. Spray the wings with olive oil then bake for 40-45 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
