Recipe Ingredient

  • 220g rice
  • 600ml water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 pandan leaves, knotted


  1. Clean rice well and place in cooker. Add water, salt and pandan leaves and cook as you would normal rice. When cooked, dish up into a square cake tin. Press the rice down tightly and level off evenly. Leave to cool before cutting into cubes. Serve with satay and sauce.
