- 1 cucumber, sliced into half, remove seeds
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 1 strip roast pork (siew yoke), cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 shallot, chopped
- Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry the shallot until lightly browned.
- Then add the roast pork, fry for about 5-10 minutes until slightly burnt.
- Toss the spring onions and give it a stir.
- Then, scoop the ingredients and arrange inside the halved cucumber.
- For flavouring, serve with Heinz tomato and HP sauce.
