Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g butter, at room temperature
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 50ml brandy


  1. Beat butter and sugar using an electric mixer, until thick and pale. Add brandy gradually, beating constantly until well combined.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until required. Remove from the refrigerator 20-25 minutes before serving.
