Recipe Ingredient

  • 235g sugar
  • 120g Anchor butter
  • 30g cocoa mass
  • 5g salt
  • B
  • 300g all purpose flour
  • 14g baking powder
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • C
  • 45g Sorbitol
  • 200g egg
  • 120g Rich's Gold Label
  • 70g Anchor UHT milk
  • 15g Chocolate Emulco
  • D
  • 35g walnuts
  • 35g chocolate chips


  1. Cream ingredients (A) on high speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Add dry ingredients B and mix on slow speed for 1 minute until a crumble.
  3. Premix wet ingredients C, add and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in walnut and chocolate chips.
  5. Using an ice-cream scoop, transfer batter into muffin trays lined with paper cups.
  6. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
