- 250ml mayonnaise
- 1½-2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1½-2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1½-2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp powdered mustard
- Combine mayonnaise, basil, parsley, coriander and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well to blend.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until required.
