Recipe Ingredient

  • 250ml mayonnaise
  • 1½-2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1½-2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1½-2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp powdered mustard


  1. Combine mayonnaise, basil, parsley, coriander and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well to blend.
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until required.
