Recipe Ingredient

  • 200ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 60g soft brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 100ml honey


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small nonstick saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium low fire.
  3. Simmer and stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes or until the glaze is thick in consistency.
  4. Use it straight away.
