- 8 – 10pcs Chicken Parts
- 100ml Water
- 200g (1 packet) Fried Chicken Premix
- Prepare batter (100ml water mixed with 50g of powder).
- Marinate chicken with the batter for 15 minutes.
- Coat chicken with remaining premix.
- Deep fry the coated chicken in preheated oil at 170°C for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Ready to serve.
