Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 chicken drumstick
  • Ginger
  • Goji Berries
  • Light soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash 1 drumstick and place into a bowl.
  2. Slice ginger and sprinkle evenly over bowl.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of goji berries evenly over bowl.
  4. Add 2-3 tablespoon of light sauce.
  5. (No need to add water to light soy sauce as water will be released by drumstick during the steaming process,)
  6. Place dish into steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
