The goji berries give sweetness to the sauce. Goes best with porridge!
- 1 chicken drumstick
- Goji Berries
- Light soy sauce
- Wash 1 drumstick and place into a bowl.
- Slice ginger and sprinkle evenly over bowl.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of goji berries evenly over bowl.
- Add 2-3 tablespoon of light sauce.
- (No need to add water to light soy sauce as water will be released by drumstick during the steaming process,)
- Place dish into steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
