Break eggs into a deep bowl. Combine lukewarm water with seasoning ingredients. Stir to mix. Pour into the eggs and stir to mix. Strain the mixture straight into a heatproof dish.
Place in a steamer and steam over low heat for about 10 minutes or until set. Remove the steamed egg out of the steamer and sprinkle some chopped spring onion and red chilli over. Spoon a teaspoon of sesame oil and light soy sauce on the surface of the steamed egg and serve immediately while still hot.
