- Egg yolk paste
- 70g whole milk
- 50g vegetable oil
- 120g low gluten flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 egg yolk
- Egg white paste
- Egg white 3 pieces,
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 70g fine sugar
Instructions
Combine milk, vegetable oil, flour, and baking powder and mix evenly, then add in the egg yolk and combine until smooth. Set aside. Beat egg white, white vinegar, and sugar until sugar fully dissolves. - Combine both egg yolk and egg white paste and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a 7" mold and steam for 30 minutes with high heat.
