Recipe Ingredient

  • Group A
  • 300g Pucuk Paku plant
  • 3-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3-5 shallots, minced
  • 1 tbsp tumeric powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Few pieces of chili padi
  • Group B
  • Some water
  • Pinch of sugar


  1. Wash and blanch the Paku plant until it is soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Saute all the ingredients in Group A until aromatic, then add in all the ingredients in Group B.
  3. Lastly, put in all the Paku plant and stir fry for a few minutes. Then the dish is ready to serve.
