Tuna Pate

Ingredients

400 gm can of tuna chunks in brine, drained
200 gm low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
3 tbsp low fat mayonaisse
3 tbsp freshly chopped chives
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dash of black pepper
Dash of chilli sauce (optional)

Method

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mash them together, mixing well. Chill in refrigerator and serve with vegetable sticks (carrots, cucumbers, celery, etc) and unsalted crackers or sliced wholemeal bread.
