The new Barbecue Buffet with International Hot Pot By The Sea is available every Saturday starting this week until the end of June at its Horizon Cafe.

Laid out from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, the spread comprises around 70 items and is reasonably priced at just RM60 for adults and RM36 for children.

Guests can choose to dine in the air-conditioned area or poolside al-fresco deck overlooking the Tanjung Tokong beach and Andaman Sea, with brilliant sunsets as the backdrop.

To start off, there is Green Pea Soup with Smoked Sausage, as well as Mesclun Salad, Polynesian Coleslaw, Potato Salad and Apple Celery Salad, amongst others.

At the hot dish section, diners will be spoilt for choice.

Offerings include Pan-fried Chicken with Mushroom Cream Sauce, Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, Baked Cheese Potatoes with Onion and Turkey Bacon, and Seafood Baked Rice.

These are complemented by Asian offerings like Fried Mixed 4 Emperor Vegetables with Lotus, Dahl Lamb Curry with Vegetables and Baked Tandoori Fish with Curry Sauce.

But the highlight has to be the Grill Station where delectable Grilled Cajun Chicken, Black Pepper Beef, Grilled Lamb Chop, Curry Fish Fillet in Banana Leaf, Sausages (chicken, veal and tandoori beef), Vegetable Skewers, Corn on Cob and Smoked Chicken and Beef Roll await.

Simply pick your preferred meat or seafood, hand it over to the chefs and let them grill it to perfection.

Complement it with hot barbeque or onion black pepper sauces.

Nearby, the Asian Hot Plate section offers chicken or beef to be stir-fried with your choices of shredded vegetables. Then sprinkle either ulam or black pepper sauce.

After that, find comfort in delicious bowls of the Seafood Hot Pot packed with deep-fried fish, beancurd, fish balls, shitake mushrooms and white radish.

Alternatively, there’s the Chicken Hot Pot which is a savoury Asian stew of poultry, cabbage, beancurd, leek and mushrooms.
