THE Asiatique coffee house at The Royale Bintang Resort and Spa in Seremban, offers all-day dining featuring Malay cuisine as well as other Asian and international fare, available as a buffet option or à la carte. Located at the lobby level and adjacent to the hotel’s swimming pool, the Asiatique can seat 320 diners with exclusive sections to accommodate private functions.

Seremban residents and out-of-towners will be happy to note that the resort offers one of the best places to dine or to entertain guests in Negri Sembilan. In fact, you can dine at the resort every night and experience a different cuisine each night.

The “Passage to India” theme every Monday offers an exciting taste of the Orient from Turkey to Japan, with exotic cuisines ranging from doner kebabs to tempura. Experience excellent contemporary Indian dishes at reasonable prices. The delicacies include popular dishes from Bombay as well as vegetarian fare from the southern region.

The “Tex Mex” food promotion offers an evening of great flavours of Texan and Mexican food. It is a wonderful combination of barbecued meat, enchiladas, tacos and tostadas every Tuesday.

It is said that the key to great Mexican food is the meat but the garnish is just as important. Therefore, rather than the conventional raw onion and cilantro garnish, the tacos come with a well-mixed pico de gallo salsa. The crisp tortillas give it a special texture.

And every Wednesday, experience continental cuisine with seafood, Italian pastas and French delicacies during the “Mezze Mediterranean Dinner” promotion.

Thursday’s “Italian Night” promotion is a celebration of wholesome Italian cooking with robust flavours.

According to the resort’s executive chef M. Suresh, “Italian Night is very balanced. It is a combination of carbohydrates in the appetiser and bread (section) accompanied with proteins in the buffet line and vitamins and minerals in the fruits and vegetables (section).”

On Friday evening, the “Seafood Market” promotion offers diners the choice of oysters, mussels, salmon and shellfish as well as other mouth-watering seafood prepared Asian or Western style.

Spend Saturday evening with your family at the resort and tuck into the “International Barbecue Night” delicacies with a popular selection of grilled or roasted meat including fish, chicken and beef. And of course, cakes and tasty desserts.

The “Muhibbah Night” promotion on Sunday offers another chance for a get together with friends and relatives.

The aroma of fresh spices and curries titillate the taste buds as the buffet table is laden with ever-popular Malay, Chinese and Indian delicacies. Prices for all themed buffet dinners are at RM60++ for adults and RM30++ for children.
