Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 eggs (raw)
  • 250g silk tofu
  • Oil
  • 250g minced chicken
  • Chilli oil (preferably Chiu Chow Chilli Oil)
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Crack two eggs and mix well.
  2. Add silk tofu, mash thoroughly, and mix well.
  3. Steam for 10 minutes, and set aside.
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of oil into frying pan.
  5. Add and stir fry minced chicken until fully cooked.
  6. Add 6 tablespoons of chilli oil.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  8. Stir well and add onto egg tofu, and serve.
