- 6 corns
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Grated parmesan
- Chopped parsley
- Boil the corn for 5 minutes.
- Combine mayonnaise and garlic in a bowl. Spread or brush the mixture evenly on the corn.
- Grill the corn for about 5 minutes or when it is slightly charred.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley before serving.
