Cut the fish fillets into thin slices. In a bowl put in the rice flour and thick santan. Mix well before putting in the egg one at a time. Beat mixture until smooth Add in ground ingredients, salt and oil. Mix well before putting in the fish fillets and limau perut leaves. After putting in the fish stir it very lightly to mix well.Line a 20cm dish with the kadoh leaves. Pour the fish mixture over it. Steam for 1/2 hour over rapid boiling water.
