Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g roasted almonds
  • 250g roasted cashew nuts
  • 4tsp garlic powder
  • 2tsp fennel powder
  • 2tsp cumin powder
  • 1tsp cayenne powder
  • 2tsp or salt(according to preference)
  • 3tsp sugar
  • 1 egg white


  1. In a bowl, mix the spices together.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk up the egg white until frothy.
  3. Add roasted nuts into the egg white and mix well.
  4. Add the spices and keep mixing, to evenly coat the nuts.
  5. Spread the nuts on a baking tray in a single layer.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 130 degrees Celsius, for 45 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.
  7. Cool for one hour, and store in an air-tight container.
  8. Make these ahead of time. These crunchy bites are ideal for snacking in the wee hours of the morning, while cheering on your favourite team.
